Built in 1963 and raised on stilts, the villa opens fully toward the sea, embracing light, horizon, and silence. Its clean lines and rational structure echo the era’s architectural ideals, while the interiors introduce warmth, texture, and a relaxed bohemian soul.

We discovered this villa by chance during a journey through southern Italy. The architecture, the sea, the feeling of suspension between land and water — everything spoke to us instantly.
Thierry Abi Saab, a Franco-Lebanese hospitality consultant, investor & chef, and Christine Romanens, a designer and jewelry creator, with lots of experience in hospitality as investor and manager, decided to leave their former professional lives to settle here and open this place to guests who seek calm, beauty, and authenticity.

Thierry Abi Saab is your full time chef at the Villa. Thierry worked in hospitality for 40 years, having different properties around Europe and beyond but decided to leave that behind to focus on what he loves the most which is the sea and the kitchen. He is ready to introduce you with passion to authentic Franco-Lebanese cuisine with gentle Mediterranean blends. Image aperitivos by the beach or in the terrace. Barbecue evenings with movies under the pine trees in the garden. Always accompanied with great food
