A HAVEN OF TRANQUILITY
The Rooms to Unwind in Villa Ypsilon

The four bedrooms at Villa Ypsilon 1963 are conceived as places to slow down, breathe, and truly rest.
Two rooms open directly onto the Ionian Sea, with uninterrupted views stretching as far as the eye can see — a constant horizon of blue, light, and silence. The other two rooms look inward, toward the courtyard and garden, offering a quieter, shaded atmosphere surrounded by greenery.
Two of the bedrooms feature a private terrace, perfect for a last cup of tea before bed, an early morning pause, or simply admiring the changing colors of the sky.
Each room is individually decorated in an eclectic, bohemian style, reflecting the spirit of the house and its hosts. Furniture and objects have been carefully collected by Christine and Thierry during their travels abroad, with a thoughtful final curation by Christine that brings harmony, character, and a sense of lived-in elegance. Nothing feels staged — everything feels chosen.

Comfort is essential. All rooms are equipped with top-quality beds and premium bed linens, designed to ensure deep, restorative sleep. These are spaces made for unwinding, disconnecting, and letting the days unfold naturally.
The four bedrooms share two bathrooms, a layout especially suited for families or groups of friends who value togetherness, simplicity, and relaxed living over formal separation.
Guests also enjoy full access to the large garden shaded by pine trees — an ideal setting for afternoon sunbathing, reading, or spontaneous picnics between swims.
The overall mood is boho, eclectic, and intimate, with careful attention to detail throughout — a reflection of the owners’ lifestyle and their desire to create a home where guests feel both inspired and completely at ease.
